Walnuts

Whole grains also contain with resistant starch that doesn’t digest. That why whole grains are consumed for dieting as an alternative of white rice.

Tea

Tea is one of beverages that have been studied to provide anti-cancer properties. The tea here is true tea including black, green, and oolong tea, not herbal teas such as from flowers or roots. Generally, the most widely studied tea is green tea. In the tea, there are several active compounds, particularly catechin EGCG, a group of phytochemicals. ECGG is an antioxidant that stronger than vitamin C or E that work best to prevent cancer cells growth.
