Super food will not be super without the right cooking method before eat to beat cancer. There are several cooking method that will keep you healthy and prevent cancer.

These two vegetables would work better for your body not only to beat cancer, but also to provide multi vitamins, minerals, and fiber when you cook it right. Both broccoli and carrots would be the best food when you stem it well. It takes five to ten minutes. Do not steam broccoli and carrot too long. It is also not suggested for you to not add vegetable oil, but you can add some garlic to kill the cancer cell faster.

However, the lycopene might be difficult to be absorbed by our body. It needs to be cooked and heated first. The best way to cook tomatoes is to cook it with some oil on a pan with high temperature. Wait until the tomatoes get softer. It is also suggested for you to slice the tomatoes before cooking. The seeds and the inside part of the tomatoes have higher lycopene content. Thus, you should include the seeds and the inside part of the tomatoes to eat to beat cancer.

The best way to cook garlic is to chop or crush it 10-15 minutes before it is cooked in the heat. By chopping or crushing the garlic, you let the garlic naturally produce allicin from the allinase and ailliin enzyme. If you cook a clove of garlic without chopping or crushing it, the aillin and allinase enzyme stay separated so it will be less effective to beat cancer cell.

Not so many people consider potatoes as the super food to fight cancer. In fact, potatoes contain high acrylamide. Acrylamide is such kind of chemical that is able to kill numerous kind of cancer not only human cancer but also animal cancer. According to the Food and Drug Administration or FDA in November 2013, the longer potatoes stored, the higher acrylamide produced. It is very suggested for you to store potatoes in dry and dark place, not in the fridge. As long as it is dark, dry, and no damage on the potato's skin, the potatoes can stay for months. Then, before cooking the potatoes, it will be better to soak it in water for 15-30 minutes. It will increase the acrylamide content when you fry or grill the tomatoes. The cooked potatoes without skins are much better to eat to beat cancer.
