Texas Hill Country Sunset Painting




Last Light oil 11x14"  $600. Click here to buy. I worked in the studio today trying to finish some paintings for shows. I had some ideas to start on, but this one won out today. I started with a photo from the Texas Hill Country. When I was staying at my son's home, I took a walk and came across this road. I love the shape of it. I've walked down in that area a couple of times and each time came across some deer. Certainly not unusual in Texas. I've also hit one with my car there. We both came out of that one OK.

thank you Kerri. My son lives in this area. Living in AZ. I miss the trees and enjoy painting in Texas.
